The main logic of a promotion is that you configure a prize machine that randomly drops a prize every time the player activates it.
You are free to enrich the promotion with additional components and rewarding options to make it more appealing for the players and you are to define the conditions that they should meet to receive activations of prize machine.
The Centrivo Universal platform provides you with a wide range of tools and configurations to create multicomponent promotions for your website.
Using the Promotion tool, you can build the most thrilling promotions with a spectrum of various elements. You can create several promo machines with engaging prizes to be awarded. You can define a variety of conditions that the players will need to meet to join the promotion and the games that they should play to receive machine activations (points) and certain prizes.
And most importantly, you’ll be able to build the whole web design and the content of your promotion page from scratch using the dynamic promo-constructer on the platform.
All of the above-presented configurations and features can be found in the Promotions section of the Centrivo Universal platform (Bonuses -> Promotions).
A promotion can have the following primary components:
- Standard Machine – the main prize machine is called Standard. It should be created first and the remaining components must be added to it:
- Wheel – you can make your promotion more inviting by adding to it another prize machine and allowing the players to activate it and gain even bigger prizes:
In case of configuring both machines for the same promotion, the players will be able to switch between them on the website promotion page.
For a promotion to function properly, you need to configure at least the Standard prize machine.
- Progress Bar – the bar is a scale consisting of checkpoints that the player should reach to receive prize machine activations. Each checkpoint on the bar stands for a certain bet/deposit amount that the player should make in order to advance on the bar:

- Mystery Box – the platform allows you to configure an additional promo component that is a box that the player can open and win a prize by meeting the pre-defined conditions:
- Buy Bonus/Wheel Buy Bonus – you can also enrich the promotion with additional features like the possibility of buying activations of the Standard machine or Wheel with real money:
The key points to keep in mind when making configurations for a promotion:
- To participate in a promotion, the player must sign up on the website.
- The created promotion will be active for a predefined period.
- The player can receive prize machine activations based on the configured trigger type, that is either for making deposits or bets or just a free activation.
- To be able to use the activations, the player should pass the verification that you’ll configure for the promotion (Settings tab). The verification request must be sent by 10:00 AM on the current promo day (12:00 PM-11:59 AM).
- Unused gift activations are annulled after the end of each promo day.
- The list of the games included in the game segment attached to the promotion will be displayed on the promotion website page.
- If you edit the game segment later and remove games from it, then the bets placed on those games will not be calculated for the promotion. The games added later will also be displayed on the website’s game list. The calculation of the bets made on these games will start only 24 hours after including those games in the segments attached to the promotion.
- Only bets made from the player’s Real Balance will be considered for the promotion calculation (bets made from the Bonus Balance will not be considered).
- The minimum bet amount considered for the promotion calculation is configurable (Rules tab).
- All the calculations in the frames of the promotion are performed based on the Partner Time Zone.

¶ How to Create a Promotion
Let’s get acquainted with the Promotions tool on the platform and learn how to configure a fully functioning promotion with all the features that it offers.
To create a promotion, you need to open the Promo Tools section from the left menu and click on Promotions:
The Promotions tab will open where you can add a new promotion for your project and check the ones created before.
Before creating a promotion program, we recommend that you perform the necessary configurations in the following tabs as the latter may be used in the promotion and therefore should be configured in advance (Languages/Prize Group/Pop up Settings/Default Configs/Static Content).
Now press the Create button:
